ABOUT RUSSELL
Based near Ashford, covering Kent and Sussex (and occasionally further afield) Russell Clements MRICS MCIOB is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has been providing Survey Reports to local Clients in Kent and Sussex since 1989. In that time he has amassed a wealth of experience in property of all types. As an independent surveyor, he takes a great deal of pride in giving a personal service to ensure Clients know what they need to about the property they want to purchase.
As an expert in construction and also in Building and Warranty Regulations, he has provided consultancy inspection and design checking services to various Building Control Bodies, as well as carrying out inspections for Building Warranty Companies, including on several major London projects.
Being non VAT registered, and locally based, Russell is able to provide competitively priced reports, with a quick turnaround.
