Everycorp Limited, trading as Russell Clements - Chartered Surveyor, is an independent Chartered Surveying Company which provides professional surveying services to Clients across Kent and Sussex. A list of the services provided is summarised on a separate page.
Russell Clements MRICS, MCIOB - who is the sole practitioner in the firm - qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor, a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1993. He earlier won two prestigious RICS awards for the best Building Surveyors Examinations, and for best Examinations over all Divisions of the RICS.
Russell had previously qualified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) in 1983, when he was presented with the CIOB's Scottish Branch Award for the best summary of experience leading to qualification. Russell also separately qualified as a Member of the Institute of Building Control (which specialised in Building Regulations) in 1984, although that Institution has since been amalgamated into the RICS. Russell remains active, and expert, in matters relating to the Regulations
In the years since qualification, Russell has worked continuously as a Chartered Surveyor, carrying out a countless number of surveys for Clients wishing to purchase property and has dealt with the a comprehensive range of house and apartment types, as well as many non residential buildings. It is fair to say he is probably one of the most experienced Surveyors locally, and can be relied upon to provide diligent, clear, and plain advice to his Clients, with a personal touch.
Russell is also an RICS Registered Valuer and is authorised to provide valuation advice.
